A Night with Shafer Vineyards at Wexford Public - November 9, 2026 6pm

An extraordinary evening of Napa Valley wine, exceptional ingredients, and first tastes.

Wexford Public is proud to present an exceptional wine dinner celebrating Shafer Vineyards, featuring an extraordinary lineup of wines paired with a menu designed to showcase their depth, character, and evolution.

This dinner will feature the just-released first-ever production of Shafer Sauvignon Blanc, alongside several of the winery’s most celebrated wines: Red Shoulder Ranch Chardonnay, Relentless, TD-9, and Hillside Select, culminating with the exclusive Firebreak dessert wine, available only through the winery.

The evening’s culinary progression will be equally remarkable. Guests will experience a menu moving from the briny elegance of oysters and caviar, through Pennsylvania heritage duck and elk tenderloin, before finishing with the extraordinary richness of A5 Wagyu beef.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to complement the individual character of the wines while creating a progression from bright and elegant to powerful, complex, and decadent.
