Wexford Public is proud to host an exclusive wine dinner celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Duckhorn Vineyards, one of Napa Valley’s most respected and influential producers. This special evening will feature a curated selection of Duckhorn wines paired with a thoughtfully composed menu designed to highlight balance, precision, and exceptional sourcing.

The evening begins with Duckhorn’s vibrant Sauvignon Blanc, paired with our signature crab cake. Bright acidity and layered citrus notes complement the richness of the dish, setting the tone for the courses to follow.

We will then showcase Duckhorn’s iconic Three Palms Merlot, a benchmark wine that helped establish Duckhorn’s reputation and elevate Merlot on the world stage. Sourced from the famed Three Palms Vineyard, this wine is celebrated for its structure, depth, and unmistakable sense of place.

The dinner concludes with Duckhorn “The Discussion”, paired with Creekstone Farms 45-day dry-aged strip loin. The Discussion represents Duckhorn’s ultimate red blend—crafted only in exceptional vintages and inspired by the great Bordeaux wines. It brings together the finest lots from Duckhorn’s estate vineyards, offering remarkable concentration, complexity, and age-worthy elegance. Rarely featured at dinners, this wine is considered one of Duckhorn’s most limited and sought-after bottlings, making it a fitting finale for this milestone celebration.

This dinner offers a rare opportunity to experience Duckhorn’s legacy wines (5 wines) alongside a carefully executed menu in an intimate setting.
